With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Dean’s management style is avid involvement in all aspects of business. Ardency Corporation’s portfolio has covered a broad base of businesses, including hotels, software and development businesses, employing more than 600 people.
Dean has honed his skills for brand building from his inaugural Callahans restaurant in Brantford and Port Dover to then refining the discipline of running multiple Wendy’s and Williams’ franchise outlets. With his typical need for speed, on a motorcycle, speedboat or race car… Dean continues to seek out new opportunities.
Dean has received numerous accolades throughout his career, including Canadian Wendy’s Franchisee of the Year and Brant County/Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year. He is passionate about community involvement and gives his time and talent to many organizations.
